Polycrystalline Mullite Fiber Board

Polycrystalline Alumina Fiber Board are fabricated by suck-press combined method using polycrystalline alumina fiber as main starting materials, adding packing materials and binders. Compared with calcined fiber products, the products are featured with better machinability, lower thermal conductivity, and volume weight.

Features:

l  High strength, low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal shock resistance.

l  High-temperature resistance, it can be directly used as a hot-face backfire material.

l  Low linear shrinkage, stable high-temperature performance.

l  High-temperature corrosion resistance, no wave absorption.

l  Easy to cut and install.

Application:

l  High temperature experimental electric furnace.

l  Sintering equipment for lithium battery materials.

l  Sintering equipment for high-temperature ceramics.

l  Thermal insulation in the steel industry.

l  The insulation layer of high-temperature microwave device.

l  Thermal insulation materials for heating devices.

l  Backing insulation of various high-temperature furnaces
